After months of research and development, Zonal is to launch an Events & Pre-Order service under its liveRES brand in time for the busy Christmas party season.
Available this month, liveRES Events and Pre-Order will be the hospitality industry’s only fully EPoS-integrated party planning, booking and advance payment solution. It complements the online reservations and table management capabilities of liveRES that are now deployed in thousands of hospitality venues across the UK.
The highly customisable solution allows operators to build their own branded platform from end-to-end and it is commission free, avoiding third party booking fees.

liveRES Events & Pre-Order is highly flexible and offers operators the opportunity to develop dedicated menus, packages and optional extras, such as Christmas parties, drinks bundles, birthday cakes and cocktail classes to build additional, incremental revenue. And with built-in geo-location search functionality, the solution supports estates with multiple brands and those with sites within close proximity of each other.
There is further support for hosts, who benefit from an event manager Host App that provides full support for both enquiry and event management, including a task list with reminders and guest messaging service.
